Program matches an isolated older adult with a volunteer to foster companionship through face-to-face or over-the-phone conversation, activities, and shared interests.
Volunteer Requirements: - 1-2 hours per week
- Lead the planning of meeting times and dates
- Complete Tracking Sheet for monthly submission
