Service Description: Guidance, advocacy, support and counselling to deaf and hard of hearing individuals who need assistance managing everyday life events such as completing government forms, navigating systems, and coping with hearing loss. 

Includes help with: 
  • completing forms and applications
  • renewing driver's license and health card
  • navigating government services
  • attend meetings with yourself where additional support is needed.

Application: Call, fax, or book online * no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals aged 16 and over who are Deaf and hard-of-hearing and families with children under age 16 who are Deaf or hard-of-hearing
Languages: English ; French ; American Sign Language (ASL)
