Service Description:

Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities are offered for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia, in a safe and stimulating group setting * helps to support family care partners who provide day-to-day care- 2 locations: Chatham and Wallaceburg
- full-time support
- activities that promote self-esteem
- nutritious meals and snacks
- medication support
- personal care assistance
- monthly activity calendar
- respite for caregivers
- monthly wellness monitored by our Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
- foot care provided by our RPN
