Diabetes Wellness supports individuals 18+ diagnosed with Type 1, Type 2, Gestational, or Prediabetes, and those who care for them, manage their diabetes. This includes: - Education
- Foot care education
- Medication management
- Insulin pump therapy
- Reaching blood sugar targets
- Nutritional counselling
