Service Description: District Stroke Centre team and its partners work collaboratively with many organizations to plan and implement strategies for improving stroke care across the continuum in response to local, regional and provincial needs and priorities

Services include:
  • urgent TIA clinic
  • lifesaving hyperacute treatment in the Ouellette Campus Emergency Room
  • acute stroke unit at Windsor Regional Hospital's Ouellette Campus
  • inpatient rehabilitation program at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare and Erie Shores Healthcare
  • rehab outreach program
  • community navigation services
