Service Description: Programs include:

Counselling Services - Confidential service designed to address issues of addictions, substance use, and anger management

Chatham-Kent Attendance Centre- Provides community, social and emotional support

Recreation and Activity Development - Provides social and emotional support for youths within their individual communities

Re-Integration Services - Multidisciplinary program that provides social and emotional support to youth returning to their community

Youth Mental Health Court Worker - provides clinical support and court navigation for youth experiencing mental health concerns

Meetings: All services funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services.

* Referrals to access the Youth Mental Health Court worker may be self-referred and do not need to come from the Youth Probation Office

Application: All referrals must be submitted by the youth's probation officer
Eligibility / Target Population: Young offenders in the Youth Justice Service
