Service Description: Provide service with dignity to those in need of food, shelter, and other essentials.  There are many programs and services that support families and individuals with basic needs.  
 
Food Bank - Provision of food for people in need * Operates on a grocery store model where clients receive points and use those points for items they need * Can access every 21 days
 
Good Shepherd's Lodge (The) - Emergency shelter for single men, women, and families who are experiencing homelessness * offers 25 beds and 2 private family rooms * provides 2 hot meals per day, computer access, laundry facilities, showers, private secured locker area, free client phone, and help searching for housing
 
Haven (The) - Short term shelter for youth aged 16-21 within Lambton-County. The Haven accommodates up to 9 residents (4 female and 5 male) in a 30-60 day program.  The goal is to help clients secure schooling or a source of income and find a stable living environment.
 
Soup Kitchen - Community meal program providing a hot lunch and social interaction to people in need
