Service Description:

Non-profit (co-operative) housing, meaning each household agrees upon moving in to volunteer 4 hours participation per month within the development

Fees:

Fees applicable are housing charges for the unit * $10 for sector support and $5 per parking space * geared-to-income housing charges are calculated from a rent calculation, plus $10 sector support and $5 parking * geared-to-income only available through the Central Housing Registry list

Application:

Subsidized housing: must apply with Central Housing Registry and be approved to be on our waiting list
Waiting Period: As subsidized units become available, we take another family from our waiting list
Market units: when available we take from applications on file
