Service Description:

Personalized in-home care designed to keep older adults in their homes and remain independent, healthy and safe. Program helps relieve stress due to supporting an aging parent or loved one. Support workers will design a care plan based on needs.
Services include:- light housekeeping
- preparing meals
- laundry assistance
- companionship
- shopping assistance
- Snow Angels (shovel municipal sidewalk)

$22 per hour (2 hour minimum)

People aged 55 years and older or people living with a disability, residing in municipalities of Lakeshore, Tecumseh and Essex
