Service Description:

The Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent (CTC-CK) provides School Based Rehabilitation, including Occupational Therapy (OT), Physiotherapy (PT) and Speech/Language Pathology (SLP) *Following referrals from the school principal, CTC-CK therapists see children in schools to support access to the curriculum and participation in their classrooms

Children and youth from Grade 1 to secondary school exit, based on specific program criteria
