Service Description:
|
provides door-to-door accessible transportation service for residents of CK. Destinations range from local to out-of-town locations and may include appointments, social activities and destinations that support the activities of daily living such as grocery shopping.
Eligible passengers are: - rural and/or low-income people ages 0 to 60;
- unable to access existing public transit systems, unable to drive, or afford private transportation;
- able to pay a fee for transportation services or qualify for third party invoicing;
- able to ride safely and independently in a vehicle.
If a passenger needs assistance or is under the age of 18, an adult family member or caregiver must accompany them, free of charge
Rides can be booked Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm, rides may take place in the evening and on the weekend.
