Service Description: Services for newcomers:
  • Windsor Resettlement Assistance Program (WRAP) - Emergency housing and case management for government sponsored refugees
  • Client Support Services (CSS) - Program follows delivery of WRAP program for up to 12 months
  • Newcomer Settlement Program (NSP) - Assisting Canadian citizens, refugee claimants, permanent residents, international students and temporary foreign workers with settlement and adaptation
  • Language Orientation and Welcoming Program - Offers literacy to level 8 English classes to newcomers * childcare provided for children 6 months to 5 years old
  • Orientation Services - Offers one-on-one settlement and integration assistance to eligible clients
  • Youth Program - Homework club for youth aged 14-24 years
  • Canada Connects
  • Women's group
  • Senior's group
  • Employment Services
  • MCC Health Clinic - Nurse practitioner led clinic on both sites
  • Violence Against Women Prevention Interpreting Services
