Service Description: Promotes workplace health and safety * administers Ontario’s no-fault workplace insurance for employers and their workers

Insurance - Administers the province's workers compensation system for employers and their workers by providing disability benefits for injured workers and survivor benefits for work-related deaths, and assisting in early and safe return to work

Workplace Compensation - Workplace safety education and training system * promotes the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses * provides wage loss benefits, medical coverage and help getting back to work

Application: Employer registration within ten days of becoming an employer * injured workers must claim within six months of injury or upon learning about an occupational disease
