Service Description:

A day medical facility based upon the harm reduction model
Services include:
- medical assistance in withdrawal from alcohol and opiates
- home withdrawal management by the Sinclair method for alcohol
- opiate replacement therapy
- overdose prevention kits provided to patients
- pain management
- works with the ministry of transportation to support drivers to get their suspended driver license back
- stop smoking program.
- Hepatologist and specialized Hep c nurse to walk patients through the treatment, including finding coverage
- personal drug testing (alcohol or other drugs) if client's needed help there are services available with the MD.
- supports students and residents from universities and colleges who are seeking to learn more about addiction and mental health by hosting them during their clinical preceptorship
A Hep C treatment program is available on-site run by seven (7) physicians specializing in addictions medicine * on-site services include a Hep C nurse, intake and assessment staff, lab services and case management
Clinic staff also provides independent drug testing for the public, including employers, through an affiliated company * My tester drug testing and Methadone treatment available
