Offers summary advice and/or representation in both English and French in the following areas: - Ontario Works
- Ontario Disability Support Program
- Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security Pension
- immigration
- small claims court
- housing (LTB, evictions only)
- employment (In partnership with the Mobile Legal and Social Justice Initiative)
* Our Clinic leads the C.A.R.E. for International Workers Program, a partnership of 100 organizations delivering holistic, culturally responsive legal, health, educational, and settlement services to Temporary Foreign workers of diverse nationalities across the region. The Program empowers workers to understand and exercise their legal rights while promoting their safety and overall well-being. Services are available in Spanish, with interpretation support provided as needed. Reading materials are offered in English , Spanish, Tagalog, and Thai.
