Medical care team focused on family and community health * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctors, nurse practitioner, dietitian, chiropractor, and massage therapist * access to nurses, nurse educators, social workers, pharmacists, health promotor, occupational therapist through the family health team
Urgent care clinics are offered to patients in the evenings throughout all sites - call the physicians office to book an appointment
