Service Description: Long-term care home * residential care for private and basic rooms * access to a doctor and other health professionals * 32 bed secure Alzheimer's unit

  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • recreation and social programs

SPECIAL UNITS: 32 bed secure Alzheimer's unit

BATHROOM TYPES: Basic, Private

SHORT STAY BED TYPE: None

TOUR FREQUENCY: Upon appointment, drop in available

STRUCTURE TYPE: One-level

FACILITY SECURITY TYPE: Secured Unit and a Watchmate system at the main exits

RESIDENT CARE SERVICES: All Levels of care as outlined by MOH standards
