Service Description: Windsor Resettlement Assistance Program WRAP-emergency housing and case management for government sponsored refugees
  • Client Support Services -CSS Program follows delivery of WRAP program for up to 12 months
  • Newcomer Settlement Program (NSP) - Assisting refugee claimants, Permanent Residents and Canadian citizens with settlement and adaptation
  • Language Orientation and Welcoming Program offers Literacy to Level 7 English classes to newcomers. Childcare provided for children 6 months to 5 years old.
  • Orientation services at the MCC offer one-on-one settlement and integration assistance to eligible clients.
  • Youth Program - Homework Club Youth ages 14-24 years
  • After School Program - ages 7 - 12 years
  • Translation and interpretation services-translation of documents and trained interpreters and language interpreter certificate program
  • Pre-Employment services
  • Nurse Practitioner Clinic
  • Violence Against Women Prevention Interpreting Services
  • Public Education Program
  • Community Engagement service provide support to individuals and groups who are getting ready to privately sponsor refugees or already have done so. It also assists in the engagement of the different sectors of our community in the settlement and integration of government assisted or privately sponsored refugees.
