Service Description: Psychosocial rehabilitation services- recovery strategies for adults with mental health and addictions issues during their recovery process

 - Support and Education to family members also

Client Services - Clients with mental illness, dual diagnosis and concurrent disorders are eligible for services * Clients can access a variety of psycho-educational, fitness, social recreational, vocational and peer support strategies both on site and in the community * A monthly schedule of programs is available on the website or by request

Family Initiatives - Provides group and/or individual support and education to family members * Offers monthly support meetings, scheduled 12 week family education programs two times per year

Meeting: Programs are available to clients from Mon-Fri 9am-3:30pm

Family support meetings are held on the 2nd Wed of each month from 7pm-9:30pm (New members please call to register)

Family education meetings are held on Tue evenings from 7pm- 9:30pm two times per year usually starting in January and September (Please call to register)

Family individual appointments are held by appointment only
