Service Description: 128-bed long-term care home * residential care for 76 private rooms, and 52 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

FURNITURE POLICY: Discuss with Director of Care to ensure resident and staff safety. Usually can accommodate occasional chair and small TV

MEAL PLAN/SERVICE TYPES: Cooking on-site, Specific meal times in each home area, Dining room service unless palliative care

PHYSICIAN VISIT FREQUENCY: 1 visit per week by two physicians

RESTRAINT METHOD: Non-restraint except table top for safety and meals.
